Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days after shipment. Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.

Will I be charged customs or duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. See our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

How do I request a return?
Email us at support@saferolls.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and is PCI-compliant. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
